St. Paul Crossing is a 49-unit condominium project located in Brookline, MA. It includes six town homes, six duplexes, and 37 one, two, and three-bedroom flats ranging from 900 to 1,900 square feet.  The complex also includes 50 below grade and 36 outdoor parking spaces. The buildings were designed to compliment the Queen Anne/Shingle style homes in the adjacent neighborhood.
