AD|Architect is a full-service architecture and hospitality design consulting firm founded by Antonino Donato AIA, LEED AP.

​

Over his twenty-five year professional career he has worked on a number of project types for award winning firms such as Elkus-Manfredi and Tsoi/ Kobus. He has had the pleasure of taking many if his projects from conceptual design through completion of construction and is well versed in all aspects of the process.  He is a well-rounded architect with strong design sensibilities; an innovative thinker who brings maximized value to the design process with a demonstrated ability to analyze complex and varied client needs and turn them into workable, elegant solutions.

 

For more than a decade he has been specializing in multi-family residential and hotel design having personally designed and overseen construction on thousands of new and renovated hotel guestrooms totaling more than 750 thousand square feet of new build and another 500 thousand square feet in various phases of development. He has worked with most of the major franchises such as Starwood, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG and more ranging from limited service prototypes to four plus star properties.
